The Colorado Rockies were predicted to take home the NL West and presumably go back to the World Series last season, but instead they became one of the largest dissatisfactions of 2011. The Rockies finished 4th in the division with a mark of 73-89, mainly due to lack of quality starters. The expectancies have changed this season, and the Rockies aren’t really as good as they were in 2010, but they’re still good enough to be a surprise squad in 2012 and get back to the top of the division.
