Taking a salmon river rafting trip in the Idaho wilderness is many river rapid enthusiast dream. The scenery alone draws people with the four stunning canyons that you can see. At the beginning of the summer the river has lots of white water, waves and very strong rapids.

More experienced white water rafters should not overlook this part of the training. Less experienced rafters should tell the guides and instructors about their lack of experiences and any difficulties that they may have with the trip before the begin or even before the book their trip. Ask any and all questions that you need to so that everyone is comfortable.
